Our Team

The Nutri-Win Team

The founding team of Nutri-Win Global Agrifoods Ltd came together through a combination of family experience, shared professional experience in nutrition, agriculture, and public health, as well as long-standing knowledge of national and regional food systems and development networks. Team members have previously worked together on nutrition programs, disease (HIV/AIDS) care, and support with the Nutri-Win flagship product, and community-based interventions, building trust through hands-on execution in low-resource settings. This shared background has created strong alignment around Nutri-Win's mission, complementary skill sets, and a practical understanding of both scientific rigor and on-the-ground realities needed to build and scale the company.

Emmanuel Okechukwu

MD, MPH, Cert Hlth Qlty (Harvard)

Dr. Emmanuel Okechukwu is a purpose-driven, medically qualified public health specialist and Implementation Researcher. He is a development strategist working at the intersection of research, policy, and community development in Nigeria. He leads transformative projects that tackle real-world challenges, ranging from public health nutrition, gender-based violence, vaccine equity, and faith-based and national health systems integration to youth employability and innovative medical education reform. His work spans collaboration with local communities, academic teams, and global development institutions (Caritas Nigeria, African Population and Health Research Centre, Gates Foundation, Citi Foundation, etc.) to deliver scalable, impact-focused solutions. Dr. Okechukwu is a reviewer for the Royal Society of Tropical Medicine and Hygiene (RSTMH) International Health Journal.

Henrietta Isioma

B.Sc. PGDE, M.Ed, PhD

Dr. Henrietta Isioma is a trained Microbiologist and Social Worker. After several years working in the development sector, she refocused on helping vulnerable individuals and families regain composure and purpose. Consequently, she undertook postgraduate studies in Guidance and Counselling, specializing as a certified Counselling Psychologist. Twenty-five years ago, she innovated Nutri-Win Cereal out of necessity to support rural and marginalized families to successfully navigate through the complex challenges of poverty, poor health education, and low access to affordable weaning foods and child nutrition commodities. Her work continues to empower women, youths, and couples as well as families to maintain health in a holistic manner.
